Offcourse you can copy it - this is "open source engineering", so you should! I have also looked at tubes (had som 12mm lying around, easier to saw than stainless steel, smaller sizes might be too...

Funny, I came up with the same name while cutting it this weekend. But to answer your question, you're OK on the dimensions. It does look small, but I installed it and it fits just fine.

Looking for the last official version of Darwin before Mendel in STL form

drive crasshed need complete plans for darwin

I'm in class learning to be a machinist and I finally got my teacher to ok building a Darwin and maybe a Mendal. :D unfortunatly the drive I had the files stored on crashed with no chance of recovery....
